How We Work For You

Because we want to ensure you get the best out of working with us, we've set out what you can expect when you deal with us.

We strongly believe you have the right to expect the following standards from us:

  • You will receive friendly, courteous outstanding service.
  • You will be respected at all times and not be taken for granted.
  • We will act with integrity, honesty and openness in everything we do for and with you and will respect absolutely the confidentiality of our working relationship.
  • We believe totally that your perception of our performance is always the reality.
  • We know that the way we communicate with each other is important. As part of that process, on most routine matters and subject to holidays or sickness, we will endeavour to return your telephone calls by the next working day and reply to written correspondence within three working days.
  • We will make available to you free resources relevant to your circumstances, via our website at http://www.prbmp.com
  • We will do our best to keep promises we make (such as a deadline to undertake a task for you) if we know that a problem exists in meeting a deadline, we will contact you in advance.
  • We will always let you know our fees in advance for any assignment.
  • We believe you are the sole judge of our performance and therefore if anything we do falls short of your expectations, we respect absolutely your right to withhold payment due until the matter has been resolved.
  • Your feedback is critical to our ability to continue to innovate and improve. We're always open to your ideas, comments and suggestions.

And in return...

Your commitment is simple. There are really only five things we ask to ensure success in our relationship together:

  • Keep an open and receptive mind - for our relationship to be truly successful and for you to achieve greater profits we ask that you commit to this process. It's important you do that with an open and inquiring mind. Remember too, we will only ever make suggestions we firmly believe relate to your goals such as your profits, your lifestyle and to build a greater, more saleable asset for you.
  • Please be willing to consider change - constantly be willing to take the next step. During our work together, there may be times when you will think - I can't do that, I don't have time to do that, or that's not what we've done before, and so on. The fact is, to reach the levels of improvement in your business and the profits you want (that are truly possible by employing the proven techniques and processes we'll be suggesting) change is very much a part of the process. So instead we ask that you agree to think how can we do that?, I'll make time and even if you have your doubts - let's try it. More than anything else this will contribute enormously to our ability to improve your business together.
  • Be committed to the relationship - in working toward those aims, we ask that you too, commit to being completely open, honest and up-front with us in everything we do for and with you. Open communication, even about difficult subjects is the only way to assure our success together.
  • Be more effective - we'll be asking you to take some time to work ON your business rather than IN it. Initially (and only initially) that can be challenging. As business people we are often so used to doing what we do in our businesses, that for most of us, changing that (even if it's what we say we want) can be difficult. There may be certain tasks that need to be completed, certain strategies that need to be implemented - we ask that you will make the time to do so.
  • Please understand we are a business too - just as we'll tell you how important cash flow management and debtor control is to achieving your goals, we must do the same. And so we ask you to commit to maintaining timely, diligent payments of fees to us. This allows us to keep our work together on target.
